This week we see how our work matters to God by looking at several proverbs, including Proverbs 10:4-5 & 22:29, among others. Work was made to be good and significant. But because sin became a reality, our work either feels like a curse now, or we make it an idol. We need to see that because Jesus did the work of salvation for us, now we're free to put work back in its appropriate place, and do it to serve others, to glorify God, and for our own enjoyment.
