This week we see how important it is to guard against pride by looking at Proverbs 16:5, 18-20. Unguarded pride can negatively effect all of our relationships, including our relationship with God. We see through the proverbs a call to humility. In order to live the life God is calling us to live, we need to trust Jesus more than ourselves and he will help us guard against pride.
