Today, we studied Proverbs 18:21, 12:18, and 15:1. It taught us our words shape the world around us, especially inside our families. Words can either build people up or tear them down. And the way we speak matters just as much as what we say. Our speech ultimately reveals what’s happening in our hearts. Through the gospel, we believe Jesus is God’s perfect Word made flesh who came not only to forgive our sinful words but also to give us a new heart and transform the way we speak to others.
