Today, we started a new teaching series by studying Exodus 1:1–2:10. We learned how fear can either enslave us or free us. Pharaoh’s fear led to control, oppression, and destruction, while the fear of the Lord produced courage, obedience, and freedom through ordinary people who trusted God. Ultimately, this story points us to Jesus, the greater Deliverer, who came to rescue us from slavery to sin, fear, shame, and death itself. We hope this message encourages and challenges you. Thanks for listening!
