Thanks so much for joining our last message in this series from Acts 2:14-47. Peter preaches the first sermon after the Spirit descends and 3000 people repent and get baptized on the spot! His sermon shows us how to read the Old Testament, how to engage people in the culture, and it prompts a response: surrender. We have to learn to surrender the throne of our hearts to Jesus, and when we do, we'll be left in awe of all he's done in and through us. Then we'll want to devote ourselves to God's Word, each other, and prayer.
