Today we're studying Matthew 1 to see how Christmas gives us courage. Immanuel means "God with us." If that's true, then it changes everything in our lives. Not only does it give us courage to endure the ridicule of the world, but also to humble ourselves under the authority of Jesus, and to admit our need for God's intervention in our lives. This Christmas season, believe God is with us, and let that give you courage to live this Christian life.
